Products have been professionally dyed and treated to produce the intended colour. We do not authorise or recommend any re-processing or re-dying of our products and no liability is accepted for any such alterations.

Our products have been produced to the intended style and no liability is accepted for any such alterations. Examples of style are Italian Body, Body Wave or Loose Wave.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it within 14 days , in the original packaging, for a full refund or replacement to the same value as sold.

This excludes wigs, hair pieces, scrunchies and pre-clipped extensions for hygiene reasons.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
